"I ordered on the app while I was in the parking lot. The food was pretty much ready by the time I got to the front of the line. The service was great. The person at the window was very friendly. Most of the food was good. But I ordered the new chicken crispanada so I can try it for the first time. Let me tell you, nothing but disappointment. Its almost $4, and it is not very big at all. That wouldn't be a problem, except for the fact that there was at least 400% more air inside of it than the chicken filling. The flavor was fine, the texture was great. But the amount of meat in there for a $4 menu item was absolutely atrocious. Swing and a miss on this one, at least at this location."
"I really can't say anything good about this location and this Business. Their prices have DOUBLED since 2019. Let me say that again. DOUBLED. Same low quality Mexican food. Why on earth is this the business that Vail needs?"

"This is the nicest, cleanest Taco Bell I have ever been to. My order was prepared quickly and served fresh and hot- the employees were neatly dressed, and the inside of the restroom shocked me, the cleanest I have ever seen a public restroom- Only thing I would say is I did think the music playing was a bit loud for my taste, but that’s all. I highly recommend this Taco Bell, especially if you are on I-10 just entering Tucson!"
