Marco's Pizza

"If I could give 0 stars I really would. I ordered 70$ worth of food today for my family to have an easy dinner. My husband picked it up because we were out of the delivery area. My husband specifically asked if that was everything and the young lady told him yes. He got home and NO SALAD. 8 ranch dressings but no salad. I ordered the crust sauce and there was none. I ordered the cinnamon squares and it looked like someone threw dough into the bake tray and said whatever. They put the ranch in the boneless wings package so hot ranch. When I called the first time the young woman acted like she wasn't the one who expedited the order. When I called back to speak to the manager he acted as if the customer ( me and my family) were a burden. Worst pizza place experience ever. Worst Marcos I've ever been to. EVER. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Such a waste of time."

"TLDR, do not use curbside pickup, and probably stay away from this location. I usually love Marcos at various locations, but recommend staying away from this one. Ordered curbside pickup as it was offered on the website. After pizza was ready, I arrived and hit the button on the email to let them know I was there. The website states that they were notified. 30 minutes later, still no pizza. I called and they said it was ready....and they don't have curbside. The guy brought it out anyway, and I asked what was going on. He said they don't offer curbside and have no system to tell them when people have arrived, even though the website confirms arrival. So I started to tell him what I was seeing on the website as a customer and he just cut me off and told me that there is nothing they could do. I asked if there was an owner or manager that could fix that, and he said he already spoke to the owner, and there is nothing that can be done. I offered to speak to the manager or owner for him and he said no and left. So I went back in to ask to see the manager, and it turns out it was the same guy. I asked for his boss's number and he refused and escorted me out of the building. Just ridiculous. I can see the owner replying to other reviews to provide feedback on their website, but there is no feedback form on that site. Stay away from this location."

"We always try and support local businesses in our area but unfortunately, this will be the last time we get food from here. Came to pickup our order, app showed it’s ready, came in and was told it’s in the oven and will be ready in 5 minutes, over 30 minutes later asked again and turned out our ticket was never printed out so we would’ve been left sitting there waiting for nothing. I understand they’re busy but there were at least 7-8 employees in there running around not knowing what’s going on. The individual I was speaking to just went to the back and didn’t come back again to let me know what’s going on and I had to speak with another employee. I don’t mind waiting but I don’t appreciate being lied to."

"My order arrived in exactly 35 minutes from the time I ordered. About 10 minutes earlier than expected. Arrived hot and fresh. The pizza slid in the box a little bit, but that was not a big deal at all. The only thing is they didn't text me when it arrived, but they sent an emailed receipt once it arrived. Update: They get the order right every time, and delivery workers are always friendly and on time!"

"Why is there more grease than pizza? This is absolutely disgusting. I can't even eat it and the box is so soggy with grease it's all the way thru the box."
