"Worst Tuna sandwich at this location. Called acting Manager to complain. Completely dismissed my concerns and blamed other Subway locations that they are incorrectly making sandwiches. Basically saying other locations don’t properly give the correct amounts of ingredients . My tuna sandwich looked like a flat bread with hardly any tuna. Especially now the prices have gone up and now we have to deal with lack of ingredients . Moving my business to Jersey Mikes."
"I've been going to our Vail Subway since it opened and have NEVER had a bad meal or service and they have always been friendly. I just tried their breakfast sandwich and am now hooked on it ! ALL businesses have off days, but the management at this store really care about the customer. Go there, you won't be disappointed."
