"I have always had an excellent experience here with getting my hair colored. However I went in for a basic trim last week and left crying. The student helping me was very nice but her “instructor” was rude, a terrible hairstylist, unprofessional, and frankly should not be instructing other people if she’s incapable of getting a simple trim even. She took over the whole haircut from the student (which I think is weird if these students are trying to learn), cut my hair way too short and uneven. I kept having to tell her it was uneven and she kept making it shorter and worse until I was about to cry and had to tell her to stop. This is unacceptable to me, as a hairstylist the literal bare minimum is to be able to cut hair in a straight line. She was very unprofessional. I don’t think this woman should be an instructor if she can’t cut hair herself. Don’t know her name but it was a woman with short hair and a bunch of lip piercings. I had to go to great clips the next day and pay 18 dollars on top of what I paid for this abomination of a haircut. I really am not one to leave reviews targeting specific people but this woman should NOT be cutting hair."
