"This place is amazing. Tyler was our sales guy with an assist from andre. They were both really nice people. Easy to buy from, no pressure. The owner, Melinda is a sweetheart, you can really tell she cares about her customers from front to back. I highly recommend this place. Im on my second spa and I have referred countless people to them. You wont regret it."

"Great place, we were greeted by Andre low pressure . We were educated on the differences between all of the spa's. We purchased a beautiful spa and it was installed with no issues. Would definitely recommend"

"Southwest Spas has a great selection of high quality Dimension One spas along with a knowledgeable and personable sales staff. Their delivery and electrical service comes on time, and are efficient and extremely competent. Finally, their repair service is easy to use and the technicians know the product inside and out. Couldn't be happier with the company or the products they sell."

"Andre is the absolute best salesperson of spas. His knowledge and expertise goes through the roof. I own a pool company but I only know the chemical side of spas. I don’t know how they function, I didn’t realize how complex they are. Let me tell you this: hot tub shopping is more complicated than buying a car. I just wanted something that I could sit in and get hot, and I was bombarded (in a good way) with so much information about hot tubs. They come in all different shapes and sizes. There are different types of jets and different functions of each. There are many styles of liners, the outside panels. VERY customizable. I wasn’t looking for anything fancy but I didn’t want anything minimal. Andre found the perfect fit. Not only did he find something that would work, I was able to catch the fall special. And then he cut me a break for paying cash and another for being a veteran. He answered all of my questions about 110 vs 220. He scheduled the electrician and delivery. He even gave me some samples of really good CBD aromatherapy. We’ve been in our hot tub every single day since then. Sometimes multiple times. I suffer from chronic pain, and the spa really takes the pain away for a few hours. I really feel like I can go back to a normal life again. My partner has noticed a shift in my overall mood for the better, and I would highly recommend talking to Andre when you come in here!!! Also, suggestion for those looking for something similar to what I was: from my understanding there are three types of hook ups. There’s 110, 220 and 110 convertible to 220. I would suggest either a two, or a 110 convertible to 220. Unless you’re looking for basic basic. The reason I say this is, for 110, you’re not going to get all of the functionality. Since you are only able to use so much power at a time, the heater will not work while the Jets are on with a 110. I would highly suggest converting it to 220, it’s worth the extra money. When ours was set to 110, the spa lost 5 degrees in a matter of minutes. Then I quickly learned to use 220, and NOT turn the bubbles on when it’s 50° outside. If you have a 220 hook up, you can have it set at 104 and have the Jets on and the heater will still function! Thank you guys so much for everything and I look forward to working with you in the future!"
