"The owners of Archers Bikes in Gilbert were very knowledgeable, kind, professional, and helpful with my purchase, The suggestions they gave me for my Grandsons BMX Birthday gift was so helpful and the purchase went smoothly. I will recommend their business to everyone I know. The quality of the bike is far better than any big box store! Archers Bikes in Gilbert is the Best! As my Grandson grows out of his first BMX we will be back for another!! Thank you so much for everything!! On a scale of 1-10 I’d give them a 20!!! "I came into their store needing only tire levers. I’ve never been in their store but saw that they had great reviews. They were very friendly and gave me some for free! Due to this, they gained me as a customer. Later that day, i wanted to change the inner tube of another bike but was unsure if my tire itself needed a change. I brought in the tire and inner tube and they both needed to be replaced. They helped me diagnose the problem and showed me what parts i needed. I thank the team for helping me out!"

"I gotta say, hands down best bike shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of being a customer of! Dan and Brent are AWESOME! Bought an Aventon Adventure 2 for the wife and they had such a good deal I picked up one for myself! Saved $1000 with the buy an Adventure 2 get a spare battery! Dan put everything together and I opted for the foam tire inserts to protect the inner tube. These tires feel great. Took me only a few minutes to get it up to top speed (as I haven’t unlocked Ludicrous Speed using the app yet) Best purchase I have ever made in a bicycle from first contact to taking time to cover all the features to helping me load them in the truck! Hats off to you fellas! What an epic experience and the bikes are amazing too!!!!"

"I have bought 3 mountain bikes from 3 different shops in the last month for my family and Archers in Gilbert was by far the best customer service and prices by far!!! They actually have sale prices which is rare in this day when all other shops just sell everything at full price. The staff was supper nice and walked me through all the different bikes and features. They set up the new bike and thoroughly went through everything on it with me watching which was awesome to see. The other shops just rang them up and pushed us out. And this was the cheapest by far out of all the bikes we got. I highly recommend and will be a continuous future customer. Thank you for being a great company and putting the customer first!"
