"Stopped in today to purchase our pool chemicals. Clean an organized store with extra help on hand. Reyna was very helpful and knowledgeable about my needs. She even carried out the heavy chemicals and placed in the car for me."

"Leslie’s offers a lot of free services: pool cleaner inspections, free water testing and report. I am within 5 stores so if one doesn’t have it the others usually do. Got a great pool guy recommended from my Leslie’s store who does the higher end special work and trained me (his own pool school) to do my weekly work! I’ve only used Amazon when they were out of supply during Covid-19. A younger employee was rude to me but I haven’t seen him since."

"Stopped in to purchase a tool to remove the head for an in-ground cleaning system, knowing probably that I’m probably going to have to deal with a long-term employee that always irritates me with his somewhat condescending demeanor. I showed him a picture of the head for which I needed the tool. He went over and picked it out for me, which I appreciated. Got to the register and he asked for my phone number which I unfortunately gave him the wrong one. I immediately said okay I will give you the correct one as there was only two it could be. He informed me that “no offense but I have moved on. Please insert your card”. I looked him and I was then told he was too busy and on a conference call and didn’t have time to type my other phone number in into his computer. He then informed me this little plastic thing was $43.00. I know leslies is pricey and it’s convenient but come on……. He apologized and said he doesn’t set the prices. I said okay I don’t want it and he cancelled the transaction. Had he pulled up my account, he would have seen I had some coupons I could have used which would have dropped it down to 20-25 dollar’s which I would have been fine with due to the convenience of not ordering online and having to wait. I went home ordered the exact same part online for $15.00 and will have it tomorrow. My advise to this clown from someone who has worked retail for over 30 years is to take care of your customers. . You weren’t busy and you were talking to someone else when I walked in and no companies have conference calls on weekends. You come off as a know-it-all and you don’t always give out the best advice. That is why I don’t go to your location or any other leslies anymore. 2 Stars just because the other guy is better and doesn’t deserve 1 star."

"Very knowledgeable, honest staff looking to benefit their customers. Paul is amazing, patiently explaining a technical with my equipment based on blurry photos. My pool guy wanted to charge upwards of $600 to "fix" issues which just required adjustments and lube to the O rings. Thank you!"
