He told me where I could find a broken piece for $5. rather than give him $100. for a service call. Then he listened to my problem and told me he would stay on the line and talk me through the problem until it was solved. He was patient, descriptive, and clear and I was able to correct the problem. I'm grateful for his integrity, his desire to serve, and his comprehensive knowledge of pumps. I highly recommend him."

"Came to fix my pump on a warranty took out my very expensive one and stuck in a bottom of the line pump and when it stopped working 2 weeks later he said he wasn’t coming back to fix it, it’s a warranty issue. Now I have no pump and have to purchase a new one. Never use these people!!! Terrible customer service!"

"I can honestly say that there are very few left out there in the business world that truly care about customers the way that Mike does. Being a female, many find that as an opportunity to take you to the bank. My pump was on it's last leg screaming at me, pool party one day away. Everywhere that I contacted either couldn't see me for days or wanted an arm and leg. I removed the pump myself as to save a few dollars and bring it to whoever I found. I googled in services in my area and called. Immediately I was greeted with a friendly patient voice. As I explained my situation he knew what I was dealing with. Within a couple hours I brought the pump to him and he got me set up with a new one, the entire time explaining to me what had gone wrong and how to watch for problems in the future. Came home, reconnected it and its running like a champ. On top of the amazing service, I paid less than half as much as the other pool places quoted me!! $$ save $$ Thank you Mike!!!!!
