"This was the worst experience I’ve had with any company. I walked into Johnson Fitness and purchased a treadmill the T101. It was delivered and day one it was broken. I spoke to the manager Jacob, and he said I would have to pay for delivery and 25 percent re-stock fee, I asked “why, when it was broken, that is not my fault”. He stated “that is company policy”. Nobody should have to go through this, if they depend on making money by ripping people off, they should not be open for business. Also, he knows that the treadmills have an issue with them, and that they are not up to date with software install and then sometimes after the install the motor burns out. I also called Horizon the manufacturer and they stated “send it back to the store”, and that I should not have to be dealing with a broken treadmill since it was brand new. I lost $200.00 dollars for a broken treadmill, $100.00 for the delivery and $100.00 for the re-stock fee, not to mention $108, to rent a U-Haul and take it back since they did not want to pick it up. I was also ignored and left with a broken treadmill for 5 days at my home. Not all the machines are broken, but If you happen to be the unlucky customer like me, you will lose $200.00 maybe more just for walking in. Worst experience I’ve had with any company. Be careful, and read the fine print. This needs to go to Better Business Bureau."

"I’ve had a couple of small issues with my gin, 2.0 Massage Chair from Johnson Fitness, when calling for Support, Ernesto REYES over at the Gilbert store not only help me but made sure that things were correct before the work was complete. Then very tentative, the store is very tentative, and the people there are A+ rated for helping out and Service. I find that to be a very important part of the purchasing process, I would buy again and will!"
"Eh, website says "in store pickup only". So I figured I'd stop in. The gentleman that helped me had never heard of the kettlebell I was looking for. But they do have some nice equipment."
