"ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS!! Called for simple inquiry to see if this establishment had any buy/ trade services. Proceeded with greetings, “hello sir, i’m calling today to inquire…” and was immediately hung up on. called back, with the same greetings, said a bit faster to get to the main question before being hung up on again. Great way to bring in business, even if the answer was, “No.” I’m sure i’d still be inclined to look at what they have to offer. possibly purchase something since i was unable to sell/trade. NOT AFTER THAT INTERACTION. If this is how they treat you on the phone, how will they treat you in person? How will they treat your firearm? Don’t call. Don’t even look their way. Just go around the corner to the other midtown shops."
"Mr. Roberts was extremely helpful in my first time gun purchase. Zero pressure and very pleasant individual to work with. This location was listed as an FFL for an online retailer. Wasn't too sure about the address, but I was able to communicate with the owner via both email and text message and confirm the status of the FFL license. Today (10/1/22), I was able to perform my background check here and successfully receive my firearm. From start to finish Mr. Roberts and his cat were a great host! Couldn't be happier with the service I received and feel confident in conducting business here in the future. (Note, FFL transfer does need to be paid in cash, the Safeway across the street had a working ATM at time of writing)"
"I bought 300 rounds of .223, kept having up the rifle. All other ammo was no issue in the rifle. I will not buy here again. They are very nice people but that was a waste of money."
"WARNING. Buyer BEWARE purchasing ammo from here. About 20 rounds into the first box of 9mm a round burst at the seams causing a small explosion and blackpowder all over my hand and gun. Though I feel bad writing this negative review about a small business, ammo quality is a serious issue that has life and death consequences. This was extremely dangerous and could have caused serious injury. Thankfully I was not hurt. Below are photos of the casing after it was fired. I sent the guy who runs the business an email but have not received a response. He was nice but I am worried about the quality of his ammo."
