"Walked in to the happy valley location and got shocked by the rude store assistant who has blue hair. When we entered the store, she made a comment to another client who just purchased a new Xbox that "no wonder you got a divorce". I'm just shocked how rude and hurtful this store assistant behaved. Also another two clients entered the store about 15 minutes before they close, and she just said it out loud that they wasted her time. Very bad customer service, will not come back to this location again."
"They had me drive an hour away after telling me they would hold the game. Upon arrival I was told I was no longer able to get the game and gave me a lame excuse!"

Then I spoke with the store manager Janice for the interview and had an awesome time with her as well. It's a really nice store out here. I would come for my gaming needs."
