"Guy is not nice. An employee whose tone is patronizing, and refuses to help, shouldn't be an employee. Sold me algeacide for 100 dollars last year. A scrub with chlorine tablets was enough. I went in again hoping I would have a different experience, I was not surprised, he laughed in my face because he was unfamiliar with my equipment. After extensive research, he was in fact wrong."
