"Received exceptional Customer Service from Vanessa! Vanessa was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. She made up for a bad experience we had at the Estrella Pkwy location. It would be a good idea to send Vanessa to the Estrella location to show them a thing or two on how to treat a valued customer. This location had a great selection on youth sport glasses/goggles."

"Get what you pay for 1. Wrong prescription (I’m a pilot so this matters as you could probably guess) 2. Frames do not fit right 3. Delay on return (10 days after a 2 day delay) 4. Late delivery (although was probably my fault) 5. Exam was rushed, very friendly but borderline unprofessional in how quick he went. It’s easier for both of us to get it right the first time."
