"I usually don’t write reviews but I just drove an hour and twenty minutes to get here and the guy answered the phone and said he closed everything already even after I told him how far I traveled he didn’t care. Which I get it I showed up like 15 minutes before close time but it’s hard to get out here earlier than when I showed up. I live up north and each location is a little over an hour away. I needed to do an exchange that I waited for to get shipped for like 2 weeks……which I explained to him and he still refused to help"
"I have had the great pleasure of visiting this store twice in recent weeks. Once to buy sunglasses for my wife and a second time to have some sunglasses repaired. I have met 2 amazing sales associates (if that’s the correct title) Samantha and Vianne are the most helpful people I have met in a very long time. They took time to explain the repair process, took time to see if they could do it themselves and then advised on the best course of action. You could say “well that’s their job” indeed it is but to do it with a pleasant and helpful attitude makes all the difference and makes the experience something to write about. They have humor and class. Check out the sunglasses hut and say hi to either - you will not be disappointed."

"I have been going to this store for years and the help has always been good . Recently a girl named Sam has helped me and she is incredible! I've been back multiple times sometimes to just have my glasses cleaned ! Today I walked out with 2 pair of Ray bans way less than I would have paid somewhere else ! This store has a huge selection, every pair of sunglasses in there is spotless, and the store is super clean! I would highly recommend this store!"
