Adding THREE PUMPS PER LANE to some of its gas stations definitely falls into "What were Costco's executive management thinking?" category. In my opinion, when James Sinegal retired as CEO, Costco began slowly trickling downward in certain areas. These areas include: (1) three pumps per gas lane; (2) 18 months behind the curve computer products; (3) the second-rate and overpriced Costco Online shopping are three examples of poor Costco executive management decisions."
