"Not sure what happened to the old staff...they were fast, friendly, knew you by name. Second time with this new crew. First 20 min. I'm literally standing in line, 30 minutes. They have 4 people...and and 10x slower. I'm sure they are all under paid, and could care less. We get what we pay for. Low wage, slow, and don't care labor...while big pharma makes big money."
