"Well from the photo you can see how my experiencewas. No I'm joking actually my experience was very uncomfortable, I asked a simple question and I was treated like I was a common thief or criminal. I don't put up with that when you're trying to seek a business and trying to get information about residency. They basically lost money because I had several tenants that needed a new place and I was wondering what their situation looked like. the moral of the story is don't judge a book by their cover because you never know who they're going to be. Keanu Reeves rides buses and subways in was homeless on purpose for a year."

"Nothing but drama and threats.... management won't do anything about anything.... maintenance is fine.... but people in the office are horrible... they NEVER do anything.... you call to complain and they brush it off.... people letting their vicious animals run free with kids around... all kids ganging up on eachother...knife fights, drugs... everything.... also management lives by the pool... pool hours are 8 to 8 and they claim to not hear a thing.... people also start fires in the trash cans.... people retaliate on other people's cars... my window and mirrors were bashed out... cops and management won't do a thing about it... DO NOT EVER LIVE HERE, this is worse then the getto not to mention the scorpion and roach problem... they don't even care about that either"

"PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE! It would be cleaner and safer to live on the sheets! I moved in on a Friday and ask to break my lease that Monday morning. We could not even make it a night in the apartment because of a horrible roach issue they have going on. I was assured before moving in that they did not have a bug issue oh did they lie! Big ones little ones everywhere! I even went to the store up the street and brought also ever roach killing product when I was paying the cashier told me let me guess you just moved in the palm terrace! The Manager did call pest control right away and even was nice enough to put them on speaker pest control said they would come and spray my apt that day since they would be there anyways to take of the bed bug problem. Another issue is you can hear Everything that the person next door is saying and they are talking in normal tone voice that how thin the was are. Also all the lights in the complex that light the sidewalk DO NOT WORK, the light outside my apt was hanging on by an extension cord( that ran to the roof) and duct tape. THE LIST GOES ON AND ON..Management said I could break my lease and I would get what I paid back but it would take 15 days but Guess what I never got it! PLEASE DO NOT SET YOURSELF UP FOR A NIGHTMARE"

"If only I had reviews to go off of when I moved in. At first, everything seemed fine. Maintenance came many times in a reasonable amount of time, seemed quiet except for the kids playing - which is normal. But then you relax and unpack and get the rest. Loud music from cars at all hours of the day and night. The lamp posts around the property barely working (I had 10 within view of my apartment and only 5 actually worked). Even when they came around and fixed them, the next night they were not working again - as if people were tampering with them. Lazy office staff. I lived there for a year and a half, and the manager changed at least 3 times (not even kidding) and the office people changed just as many if not more. The laundry room was a joke. The one by the office is the one we used. It was always dirty, the doors were left open so bugs and other animals would get in there. I would see people pull up in cars with laundry and go to the laundry room. The pool wasn't monitored. It was supposed to be locked at night. For whatever reason they didn't have any one come and lock it at night after 8pm, and so often times there would be people in the pool at midnight or later. Office stated residents can call the cops and report people as trespassing for that.. During the day I would see people in car fulls coming with swim suits and towels. I get having friends over, but every day during the summer? The pool also wasn't very kept. Dirt, debris and other particles were always in the pool. No amenities at all, and the price they charge is insane - especially for no amenities. Kids would play out at all hours of the night, even on school nights. Loud parties from some residents on the weekends. I mean, I'm all about having a good time, but you know there are people with kids living around you, so why would you be on the patio so loudly? And the people selling stuff door to door. Even when you have a sign saying no soliciting (in English and Spanish) and they still knock. No, I don't want to buy from your fundraiser I have a kid with the same one. No I don't want to buy a comforter set from you, nor do I want to buy food, or anything else. Ugh. And the little carts of food is cool, but is that loud ass ringing thing necessary? Nope. not at all. The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything the neighbors say. As well as what they are watching on a regular basis. And lets not get me started about the bugs. We lived on the second floor. There was a MAJOR bug problem. To the point that if you needed pest control you needed to let them know ASAP because the limited number of slots they had each week would always fill up. I told them the building needed to be bombed, yet they refused. They just laid bait (which once I found out what it looked like, there were tons of bait lines in the cupboards -top and bottom- from previous residents). The bugs would go away for a week or two, a month at tops, then come back. So nasty. When we moved out, we moved the couch and I swear it was like a colony of bugs. And to think my kids were in there! Nasty. Don't live here. There are better places to go. So happy to be out of there and in a MUCH better place in a nicer area. The office staff try to close when the sign clearly states they are still open. Just beware. Oh, and keep a copy of your move in check list. When you move out they will try to go after you for stuff that isn't your fault. They tried to come after me for the carpet (which wasn't changed before I moved in) and messed up counters. Thankfully I found my copy and those were removed!"
