"Keep looking this is the complete opposite of luxury. I’ve killed 10 scorpions over the summer which is extremely unsafe for my baby and dog and we check for then every day and are very careful , there is little black beetles everywhere inside , the entire complex is infested with mosquitoes, people don’t clean up their dog poop or trash which is scattered everywhere , people have 0 respect for others and drive so fast through the complex . I can also see light seeping in through our front door so who knows how many other holes this place has. Someone’s dog got let out on accident the other day by their poop cleaners and I had to stand with the dog in 105 degree weather with two other concerned residents while the front workers stayed inside their ac office and attempted to contact the owners but as a resident I shouldn’t be the one waiting for the owners to get home. Multiple people have 3+ cars and some also leave their fleet of work trucks parked and permanently leave then there so there is absolutely no parking for your second vehicle. People also like to park their cars in the middle of the street or even in front of others cars blocking them in . There is currently a giant semi truck parked in the middle of the street that has been parked there all day and I’ve been blocked in as well as 50 other cars and the people in the truck don’t care and when we have asked them to move they asked us why it was a problem and didn’t think anyone needed to go anywhere on a Sunday . They also make you pay a monthly fee for a company to collect your trash but instead people like to pile up their trash outside their door and leave it so in the end it makes the complex more trashy then if people were to just throw their own trash away . By far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever lived in ."

"Would not recommend. We had a black widow infestation that was not taken care of right away. My truck was hit twice in the parking lot.. (No working security cameras) Parking is pretty bad. Some nights you need to park on the street outside the complex. Air filters, fans and grout were dirty upon move in. And to top it off, they will take pretty much your entire deposit. We left that apartment in better condition than how we got it. No amenities. Over priced. Way better options out there. Keep looking."

"So far I have loved living here! The maintenance crew is excellent, very responsive for a couple minor things that came up. They wave if you see them in the community too, very welcoming. Everyone I have interacted with has been great. Glad I found a great place to live for me and my pets."

"We loved living here! The staff is so kind and helpful. The grounds are very clean. The pool is so inviting! My dogs LOVE the dog park. I taught my Rottweiler to go through the tunnel. It was so convenient to have our own private backyard."

"Personally, I really do love living here. I love the fact there is a dog park, although there is a lot of people who don't clean up their dog mess which takes away some of the quality(seriously if you own a dog, be responsible and clean up after your own dog). I love that I have a good kitchen and living room area. I love the fact i have a private backyard, the fence could be slightly higher though. I love the maintenance crew, they are very respectful and helpful. I love the great communication from Avilla is, and I love how quick they are at responding to questions. Ultimately, the way these homes are set up is perfect for single individuals or small families if you do a two or three bedroom. However, I've lived here for almost two years and with how high I see the rent for new individuals for one bedroom, it makes me worried for how much my rent will be if i decide to renew. As much as i love this apartment home, if my rent keeps being increased, it will no longer be worth it. 1500 for less than 700sq ft is NOT worth it. It's honestly disgusting when I see how high rent is becoming in many states, and continues to rise while politicians don't even address it as a problem. It makes it impossible for a single individual to live on their own. I really love Avilla grace, and I really hope that when my renewal offer comes through it's a reasonable amount. It will be so disappointing if Avilla continues to raise their rent, i hope they don't follow suit with other rental companies and instead be more reasonable, and affordable for the current residents and future residents. Put people first not profit, you can still profit while being reasonable. The cost is the main reason I give a 3 star review, i hate living in fear of how high my rent will become but I do love living at Avilla Grace."
