"We’ve only lived here for a few days but love it so far! The team here has been super welcoming and the complex itself is great. The apt is huge with great closets and lots of storage. Can’t wait to make use out of the gym and pool here."

"I absolutely love this brand new place!!! I like that it's clean, quiet, and peaceful. They have multiple floor plans which are all awesome honestly! I like the valet trash pickup since they are always picking up in a timely manner and not leaving any messes behind. It's a peaceful complex with a mature crowd. I love the views of seeing the sun rise and sunset as well as being able to see the fireworks in the area from every angle. Management are Awesome especially Julio whom I've only interacted with from time to time. The workout facilities, as well as, the pool are amazing and well kept. I love that we have garages and covered parking Everyone seems to respect not parking where it interferes with others parking spaces. I also like the wifi room which comes in handy, if you're ever in a crunch to get work done. This is the perfect place to live since the location is also perfect and close to the 202, gas, car wash, grocery stores and restaurants . Security here, is amazing as well which is a huge plus, since they walk the premises regulary to make sure that everyone is safe including vehicles on the premises. Thanks to Julio and the awesome Manager of this place for doing an awesome job!"

"Apartment was given to us extremely dirty, dust everywhere and paint splatter all over the floors. They definitely dont clean these units after construction before turning them over to us. The complex is extremely filthy, trash everywhere and littered with dog feces. Trash cans are the absolute worst here. Its disgusting walking around there, and there’s literally never an attempt to clean these up. I dont know how management isn’t embarrassed by how it looks there all the time. The complex isnt even at full capacity yet, i can’t imagine how much filthier it will be once everyone moves in. Update: No trash cans were ever added, we wont be renewing. It literally feels like living on a landfill being close to these disgusting trash cans"

"Plaza Taos in Chandler, Arizona, is at a great location. This is the best place I could ask for. I enjoy living here, especially the office, gym, and guess area, which are usually spotless and smell wonderful. The pool is consistently kept clean. The staff is outstanding and always willing to assist you with any needs. I want to stay here for a very long time."

"We have lived here for 3 months and what I thought was new and clean is not so much anymore. Trash is piling over and garbage is everywhere on the ground. Contractors on the buildings start at the crack of dawn and one week an alarm went off constantly in the building next to us. We already had a water leak from the apartment above us that destroyed things in our entry closet with construction to fix it for 4 days. I wasn’t even notified that they were entering our apartment one day and my dog was scared to death by the noise. There were many bugs in the apartment and things that didn’t look move in ready when we moved in. The pool always looks dirty. We can hear our neighbors and people above us clear as day through the walls. Our shower water is lukewarm at best. There is already new management since we move in as well. It has the potential to be a beautiful property but the way it is headed, it’s not going in the right direction. It’s interesting that there is no record of pest control since I spoke with them in person about it and took my dog to work to avoid her being exposed to the chemicals. Maybe it’s because the records were lost with the change in management."
