Liv Avenida

"I had a one-bedroom apartment at Liv Avenida for about 10 months, and loved everything about it- the location, the amazing staff and events, the responsiveness to resolving problems, and the unit itself. The apartments have a nice entrance to some nearby walking trails, which are by ponds so you can see some waterbirds hanging around. We never had issues with parking, loud neighbors, or the unit itself (only minor things like the fridge was loud when we moved in, but when we submitted a request on their app for maintenance on it, someone came the next day and repaired it). The events and programming were phenomenal. I attended yoga classes, cooking demos, garden volunteer days, and their Fall Festival, which was so much fun! The pools were always in great shape, and I enjoyed the offerings of equipment in the exercise gym. While it was small, they used the space very well, and it was always very clean and maintained. We only moved because we purchased a house, but I will recommend Liv Avenida to anyone looking for a safe, comfortable, and enjoyable apartment complex."

"Liv Avenida is an amazing place to live. I have called Liv home for 10 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. I owned my own home for years and was leary of renting at first. I can attest the past 10 years have been absolutely amazing. I have high expectations and can confirm I've never experienced problems of any kind while residing at Liv Avenida. Gorgeous. spacious units with exceptional design, appliances, fixtures. etc. The property is beautifully landscapedesign and is meticulously clean at all times. The few requests I've made with maintenance have always been resolved the same day I've made the request! Manager Abner and his staff treat you like family. The activities they put together are amazing. There is always something going on at Liv for families, kids, adults...they really put together great events to enjoy. My friends have always been so impressed! The amenities are awesome! Beautiful pools, recreation areas, state-of -the-art gym, cool game room with pool tables, eating area, coffee machine and video games, an amazing cabana and grilling area, garden, walking trails, too many things to mention! The gated community is very safe and the location is close to top rated Hamilton High School and excellent grade schools, a number of churches, Chandler Regional Hospital which is a level one trauma center, fabulous shopping at Chandler Fashion Square and a huge choice of outstanding restaurants. Everything you need is within a few minutes from home. They best part truly is the staff. They have been here the entire time I have lived here...that speaks volumes. They take pride in their work and truly care about every resident and are always available to do their best to make your living experience the best it can be. Come check it out for yourself! You won't be disappointed!!"

"Where do I start?? Coming from NJ I was nervous about so many things: making friends, finding good food & hoping we are picking the right neighborhood. Liv does SO MANY things for the community and we’ve met so many people. It really made the move so easy. Everyone, and I mean everyone from maintenance to office staff are super helpful & approachable. I’ve had HORRENDOUS experiences with maintenance in my life prior but Liv has an app you can put your ticket in and they are always super responsive. Victoria & Kendra in the office were there to help us when my husband found a duck at work. Kendra knew immediately where to go & who to call! The amenities here are awesome too!! We toured around 10 complexes before coming to Liv. The gym has Pelatons & a real calendar of activities like Buns & Guns and Hydrofit that consistent. They also take hikes when the weather is right and Ben leads all of that and he’s a great energy. Of all the things about Liv I enjoy, I think my favorite is the garden. They take care of it and let the community join in usually twice a month to help plant and maintain it. They just got rid of the cherry tomatoes but I harvested 2 ziploc bags worth right before! Do you love Rosemary?? They have a big ole bush of it! Jalapeños! Basil! I love it!! It’s so cute!! A looooong story, short, just live here. It’s worth every penny!!"

"Love the community so far. The office staff are very helpful and assisted me throughout the whole move in process. My work orders were fulfilled within just a few days. My apartment was spotless upon moving in with a little welcome basket. The atmosphere overall feels great. Also there’s plenty of parking even after hours.
