"We just moved in and had an issue with one of the bathrooms upstairs. The maintenance guy Ryan came over right away and advised that he would get it taken care of first thing in the morning due to he would need to go inside the wall to fix it. He returned the following day and fixed it. There was also a broken light switch where the part needed to be ordered. The part came in and he returned the same day to take care of that as well. The service from the staff here has been top notch making this a nice smooth move."

"This place has AMAZING support! It's triple digit temperatures and our AC went out after hours, literally in the middle of August. It sounds like a horror story in the making, BUT 10 minutes after we submitted our ticket and left a message for the maintenance team there was a knock at the door! Ryan himself was here and within 5 minutes of his arrival he had a temp AC unit installed and cooling our townhouse! That's right, 15 minutes from the time we reported our AC issue and Ryan had a temporary solution in place - and after hours at that! It gets better! First thing the next morning Ryan was back. He fixed the AC unit and the townhouse was completely cooled on all three floors by lunch! Ryan is highly responsive and reliable with follow through on his projects to match the high standards he sets as soon as he arrives to help to help you."

"Well I was going to checkout this place but after ALL the bad reviews, I decided NOT to as the reviews make a lot of difference when people are moving. If management EVER treats me that way, I would probably grill them on the spot, and let them know, professionalism is still key in your role, so do your job or I will SUE them. I am an attorney and based on the contract, it clearly stipulates that they MUST within a said amount of hours/days to repair a unit based on the request. THIS PLACE IS RIDICOULUS AFTER READING ALL THE REVIEWS FROM TENANTS. THIS IS REALLY SAD, THAT MANAGEMENT HAS TO ACT SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I would rather spend my money in a complex where the staff treats tenants with the upmost respect and cater to their needs. Whether they know it or not THEIR jobs exist because the TENANTS exist."

"I personally have never had a problem with the office staff. Everytime I have spoken with them they are professional. When reading some of the reviews I have to wonder if it because they didn't like the answer. They have had to give me answers I did no like as well, but it is the same rules we have had to follow at other communities. If you are curtious and professional with them they treat you the same. Maintenance was slow at the beginning of the year but since got new guys the longest I have had to wait is a couple days. Over all my experience has been a good one."

"I’m coming up on my 1 year with Luxury Townhomes and it’s time to write a review specifically regarding the Management Company. All the reviews left about Management is true.Dealing with Management would make you consider taking them to court. It’s that stressful. My experience, they have failed to offer real time support.They have failed to resolve or acknowledge any concerns unless provoked. No ownership for any negligence on their end. Lack of customer service etiquette especially from front desk. I dread having to call or go into the office to deal with the leasing agent up front but I will. Leasing agents responses are combative and I always leave with having to address the lack of. I have yet had a normal experience with Management living here. I won’t get started on the PEST control company they use…better yet, I have time. Today I found myself having to correct a behavioral concern of an irate tech from BURNS pest control. In my own home, I had to warn the tech to lower her tone when speaking to me. Understandably, tech was upset about the lack of communication from the office. She went on to say that Management didn’t tell her anything about the service needed to be done. I specifically called the office the day before to confirm that everything was in place to avoid any mishaps. Front desk leasing agent claimed to confirm but clearly did not as I had this irate tech disrespecting my peace. This is a pattern of bad customer service and I hope we can get a change in Management with enough complaints. I’ll start the petition. Today was the day."
