"Without a sliver of doubt the most professional, clean, and lovely place I have ever lived. The common areas are always kept to a high standard, the pool is absolutely amazing, and the gym is the best apartment complex gym I have ever been to with all the equipment you'd ever need. Maintenance requests are handled promptly, the front lobby staff are always friendly and helpful, and the apartments themselves are great quality. Top marks all around."

"I am so pleasantly surprised with this community. I just moved in a month ago, from out of state. I rented sight unseen, which is honestly terrifying because you really don’t know what you’re getting. As soon as I pulled in the parking lot for the first time, I had a good feeling. The staff is so nice and helpful .. and the grounds are gorgeous. I love my apartment. It’s quiet and super clean. This place is ran RIGHT. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. I definitely feel at home here !"

"Great place to live and close to everything, and having Costco right next door is a plus. The entire office staff is so friendly and Jesse in maintenance is always quick to fix any open requests. I lived here for almost a year and have loved being here. The only downside to the units is that the floors seem not to have much sound insulation between them and you can always hear your upstairs neighbors, especially if they have pets running around, which at times can be quite loud. Aside from that, I would definitely recommending checking out this complex, if you're looking for an apartment here in Chandler!"

"Hands down the best place I’ve ever lived! The staff gives such great care & attention to making sure everyone is comfortable & well taken care of; best of all is Jesse, part of the maintenance staff. I’ve lived here for a little over a year now & every maintenance request has gotten resolved by him within a day or two, if not the day of. On top of that, he remembers things he fixed in the past & asks to make sure they’re still fixed after the fact. I’ve never seen a maintenance employee with the work ethic & care he puts into his job. The front office staff also stay on top of everything going on in the complex. From replacing the parking lot lights with brighter lights for better nighttime security, to resolving issues with packages getting lost in holiday season, to notifying everyone in advance when there’s going to be anything shut down for maintenance in the near future, they are always ahead of the curve. On top of that, the gym & pool are always well maintained, the walls in between units are very well insulated for sound, the energy bills are very low in summer due to having units connected to an air conditioned hallway, and the neighbors are (almost) all very kind & considerate. If you’re on the fence about it, take this as your sign to pull the trigger. Trust me, you’ll be happy you did."
