"Renters, don't be fooled. Looks are deceiving. Don’t allow the nice encounters and the updated material hook you in. I waited to right my review because I was battling with Trevi and their parent company for a correction on my move out refund. After, 6 months I finally got my correct refund due back to me. I moved out of there 6 months ago, and the fact that I had to battle with this, tells you a lot about this company. When I first moved here, Jenna was the manager and Maya was the assistant. I was moving from out of state and they called me the day before my move in day to tell me that the apartment wasn’t ready and that they needed a few days. I had already had my movers coming to move my things and I started a new job the next day after moving in, so that wasn’t possible. Maya calls to say they figured everything out. When we move in, things were not done. They expected us to move into a dirty apartment. The sad thing was Jenna acted like nothing was wrong and that they couldn’t fix some of the issues. The next issue we had was with the upstairs neighbors. We constantly gave proof to them of the noisy neighbors and explained our rights as a tenant. Monica and Maya would only say that they couldn’t use the proof that we gave them. By law, we gave them more than enough evidence that they could have done something. They ignored the fact that our safety was being ignored and the men upstairs were taunting us. They did find out that the neighbor was hiding those men and kids above us, but they did nothing about it. Trevi’s security company did nothing about it either. We asked to be transferred to another unit, which we had to pay a ton to make the transfer. Another issue was after we transferred to the new unit, again, nothing was ready. The dryer was not in the unit, the dishwasher didn’t work, a bedroom window was cracked, and front door lock was messed up. Again, we had to constantly tell them about these issue and it took months to get these fixed. The window never got fixed and the screens on the windows never got fixed. One of the bigger issues was that building 15 has terrible electricity. SRP had to come out a few times to fix the electrical issue. SRP even said that they told the front office that they needed to fix a main issue that’s causing the electrical problem, but they ignored that and allowed everyone to suffer in that building. Trevi and its parent company are only looking for how much money they can get from you. The price you pay for an apartment there is a mortgage payment or even rent to rent a house. Things are always broken at Trevi. The pools are never open, the main gates are always opened because they’re broken, maintenance doesn’t know what they’re doing and there’s always turn over. They got rid of Kevin, who was actually doing his job and was passionate to help the tenants. Now the maintenance crew sits in the garages and makes load noises and drives carts around as if they are doing a lot a work. The work orders take forever to be completed. Sometimes they will email you saying it’s fulfilled but no one would come to fix the issue. The environment of Trevi changed and went down. They let anyone move in and some people were dangerous to be around. I would highly recommend renters finding somewhere else to rent. But if this is your only choice, make sure you know your rights as a tenant and have a lawyer handy."

"Don’t rent from this apartment complex. When we signed our lease they said we would pay an estimated 1,600 a month but always ended up paying around 1,900 for a one bedroom apartment. You’re forced to pay online and it’s an additional 50$ fee. You have pay a monthly activity fee even if you don’t attend the events, a valet trash fee, another fee for the trash trucks to come pick it up, common area fee even if you don’t use the common area. During the summer time only half of the apartment would cool down, wifi was always spotty, and maintenance was slow. Our carpets got ruined from water damage from the apartment above, they never fixed it but still forced us to pay a carpet cleaning service once we moved out. They have a lot of flowers which constantly cause wasps to get into our apartment and maintenance would take a long time to take the nests down. Just simply avoid this apartment complex, at first they’re helpful but once you move in they are no help."

"I just moved out of Trevi and it was the worst apartment I could’ve chose. The staff is unhelpful and not friendly. I lived here for a year and have not had some of my kitchen cabinets for the whole duration of my lease. Everything is dirty. The pool, dog area, and gym are disgusting. Maintenance orders are never done on time or at all. They consider themselves “luxury” but it’s not at all and the price they charge with all hidden fees is not worth it in the end."

"If I could give them a zero I would! I have actually lived in this dump for almost a year. One of the worst decisions I’ve ever made. Management is rude and clueless. I had things broken in the apartment that were broken when I moved in and are still broken. Management never shows up and all they ever do is ride around on golf carts doing nothing. I complain and they say they will fix it but their maintenance turnover rate is high so I constantly get rescheduled. The place was dirty upon move in. This place definitely isn’t a luxury apartment. The pool is always dirty.There are lot of roaches in the apartments and pest control rarely shows up. This price for this apartment is about location only! Close to the mall etc. I absolutely DONOT recommend this apartment at all! You will hate yourself if you do it. My lease is up soon and I will not be renewing."

"This place is a dump - literally and figuratively. Upon moving in nearly a year ago I was placed in a unit that was incomplete - holes in the walls, misaligned drawers that wouldn’t shut properly, a guest shower I couldn’t use, a cracked shower floor to name a few - and 11 months later half of these issues have yet to be fixed by maintenance or rectified by management. Individual unit issues aside, the property pool has been closed twice because it has turned green, and most recently piles of trash have been accumulating and rotting around the complex. A very far cry from what is acceptable at any complex - especially at one that is charging nearly $2,100 a month. I could and would not in good conscious recommend this complex to anyone."
