The Ventura Apartments

"My husband and I moved to Ventura Apartments in January 2023 after living in our first apartment in Arizona. There was a big difference between the two apartments and how well maintained, clean, and safe Ventura felt over the other. Not to mention how kind and courteous the staff has been in all aspects. We have found Taylor to be particularly helpful and kind. We absolutely love the neighborhood that Ventura resides in and taking walks around the area. There are restaurants, parks and more all within walking distance which is a great perk! Overall, I would recommend Ventura to anyone. We have really enjoyed living here and are happy to be here another year."

"I've lived here just over 3 years and it has been a great experience. Rarely does something break or go out of order in my apartment like the washer or dryer, but when it does the maintenance staff comes the next day and makes it right. The gym got remodeled recently and isn't huge but has all the basic stuff to get a good workout in. Both pools are clean and accessible. Great place to live."

"I moved from Brazil to Chandler last August, and I couldn't be more comfortable than I am here at The Ventura. The condo is small, cozy, familiar, and super quiet. The apartment is incredible, renewed, and has the best appliances - I love the fact I have a laundry in the unit. Despite all the comfort I have with my apartment - which is big, by the way - the most important thing to me is that I feel safe here because the staff is amazing! The leasing office team provides us with a 5-star service, they are super fast and comprehensive, and they make all the efforts to make me comfortable. They are super friendly, and I love that. A special star for Hannah, which is adorable and super efficient in anything we need. Really feels like home here, and I don't have plans to leave for a long time! I really love to love here, and I highly recommend the condo :)"
