If the rent was a normal rent, you wouldn't need to offer a special. Additionally, even with that amount spread out over 12 months, you are still paying wayyyyy above market price. Not to mention - 2 incredibly monstrously LARGE CELL TOWERS half a block away; general neighborhood aesthetics and quality; and cramped property. Literally, you can choose a Christopher Dodd apartment single unattached home much cheaper, with full technology package and security package included. Additionally, rents in the general area from Bell Rd to the Stadium and into the general vicinity are anywhere from $1200 to $2k max for 1 and 2 bedrooms, with garage. If you feel the need to rent here, you have graduated with a Ph.D. in D U M B."
