"I had the worst experience!!!!! If I could give a 0 stars I certainly would… unfortunately I only have the option of a 1 star. If you are military or are from a blue family I would recommend you do not rent from here!!!! If you need any assistance from management they will not help you. I had experienced many problems; especially with thieves in this location and there is dog waste everywhere. They have a major problem smells like skunk 24/7. Save yourself and your family time and money."
"Ok, if you're interested in moving here read thus. The day we moved in nearly everything was broken or didn't work properly. The entire apartment was filthy and infested with roaches (we put in a maintenance request and they still haven't done anything). We had to deep clean the entire apartment to get it to be livable in, we keep it spotless and last night I found ROACHES CRAWLING ON ME while I'm trying to sleep. The hallways are absolutely disgusting with trash everywhere. The entire hallway and stairs reek of dog pee and Marijuana. On the south corner of the complex there is a mountain of trash that reeks of human feces. I would not recommend this place to anyone, great location, horrible place."
"The front office workers were helpful and the place was decent and quiet. It has nice amenities around. The apartments are a little pricey but its expected."
"Lived here for 6 months and I have been very pleased. If I needed anything done the office was pretty responsive. I liked the cute gym they have to offer and the hangout areas they had outside, spent lots of time here. I figured most post don’t include gym pictures or surrounding areas so I decided to post these."
"Trash always piles up, refrigerators ruin your food because they leak water into the drawers, pool is poorly maintained, water leaked from the balcony above, the toilet leaked leaving mildew and mold on the baseboards and walls around the toilet (took them 2 months to come fix and I had to live in the apartment with it for those 2 months!) and half of my door handles were broken when I moved in! The only thing this place has going for it is it’s location! I highly recommend finding a place that is better kept!"
