"Been a resident here about 10 months now so this is long overdue. This place is great we love living here overall. Clean quiet parking available the maintenance staff is courteous prompt and does great work. Everything is brand new inside and out. I do have to specifically mention our leasing office rep Tyler is one of the best agents I have worked with in 20 years of leasing. He responds to every email or call usually with a call to me directly which is a nice touch. My biggest issue so far (which is very small ) has been a couple trash things or other outside vendor service things. Not even enough to affect the rating of this place."
"After looking many other apartments with my daughter. We came to Vlux at Peoria Heights. We loved how beautiful the property was and the layout of the property. Tyler was amazing he went out of his was to answer all our questions and I had a lot. He made us feel like we were right at home. Tyler was so helpful throughout the whole process and kept me up to date on everything. I tell anyone who is looking about Vlux and tell them to asked for Tyler."
"Recently had the pleasure of touring this apartment complex by Luis B. From the moment the tour began, he showcased the high-quality amenities and beautiful layout of the complex, while having an exceptional level of professionalism and knowledge about the property. Was not just informative, but also genuinely enjoyable thanks to Luis ‘s personable approach and understand of what makes a living space feel like home. It’s rare to find someone who goes above and beyond to make a lasting impression and Luis certainly did just that I left the tour feeling fully informed and excited about the possibility of V Lux my new home. "From the first day that I walked in that office, I've been treated with the most respect. And still to this day it goes on... Tyler & Juliet are the best, ready to help in anyway that they can.
