Pleasant Harbor Boat Rentals

"Changed our boat when we arrived so we got the one we didn’t reserve (different layout than we wanted). We also got rained out after 2 hours and weren’t offered a rain check or anything which was kind of a bummer since we only used half our reservation and paid for the full. Don’t underestimate gas…2 hours of boating was over $100 in gas. Also budget for shuttle wait times. Staff was friendly and boat was in pretty good shape."

"This was a no fuss rental experience. It was very easy to book online, with a variety of boats to choose from. We were fortunate that the boat we rented was actually only a month old and very nice. The staff was easy to work with. And we had a great day out on Lake Pleasant! We will certainly rent here again the next time we are in the area."

"Horrible experience dealing with the company and their on staff group. If you decide to rent and I would advise against it, read closely the fine print in the contract. The pontoon boats are old and not well taken care of. We stayed in the middle of the lake and still came in contact with some debris. We were charged a hefty fee to fix a very old propeller that was in need of repair prior to us renting the boat. There is no discussion or negotiating with these guys, they just deduct an arbitrary fee. Good luck!"

"Awesome experience. Will be returning soon. Rented pontoon boat. The prices and all was exact to the T. When you rent boats and things of that nature think of it as renting an exotic vehicle. Everyone doesn't have a boat and everyone doesn't drive exotic cars. Rental companies are very picky about their equipment and I don't let family members who have no boating experience or watercraft experience rent them unless they take some kind of class on YOUTUBE.COM or an in person class. A USCG Class or approved class is best. I promise you , it is worth it. Damages can be disputed though. That isn't fair if you were overcharged for something that was overstated or understated basically on paper or in person. I am disappointed in this company IF they did do something of this magnitude as stated in the other reviews...I guess we got lucky, BUT we did have a great experience as we simply chilled out on the Pontoon Style Boat."

"Easy and convenient to rent kayaks. Staff is very helpful as well. The easiest way to kayak Lake pleasant is to rent right there onsite. Easy on & easy off kayak docking area. You can swim anywhere around the kayak docking area as well. Highly recommended!"
