"Management is very disrespectful, they made us park far away from our parking spot because we asked for a closer spot. Then they put a tow away sticker on our vehicle for parking in a parking spot they said was ours. They changed our parking like 3 times in retaliation for asking for maintenance and calling them out for having my vehicle towed illegally and without warning. Not even a courtesy call, since the office staff had been giving us a hard time. We pay our rent on time every month and don’t bother anyone yet they retaliate against us for maintenance request. Who do you reach out to when you have an issue with the office staff? I reached out to Tim who is allegedly the manager and he refused to meet with me or hear me out. Never got a call from Tim with no resolve. He hides in his office. These people are so petty and disrespectful. I will be terminating my lease once it’s up in 4 months and I would never recommend anyone move here. Take your hard earned money somewhere else where it’s valued and appreciated!!!"

"**12/29/2023** AVOID, they change their rules whenever they feel like it and don't honor a single thing. First it was 30 days notice to vacate, now it's 60 days. Avoid this complex like the plague. Cheap appliances that break frequently and when you put in a work order to get completed, it will take at least 1-2 weeks to even be looked at, and then another week or two to be fixed, that's if they fix it right. In the year that I was at this complex, they never filled the propane for the grills that we are supposed to use to grill outside. ONE trash can for an entire complex is just stupid, and people are already so damn lazy anyway they just throw their trash in the entry way and walk away. Clean your complex, it looks like trash. Communication doesn't exist at this complex with management. They will do things that effect the community, and only some people will get the notification. Shady management company will try to charge you an extra month's rent when you leave at the beginning of the month and the stupid charges for pest control and other junk that you see no result of."

"The place from the outside looks nice. The staff is very unknowledgeable. They don’t tell you the truth about things can’t get maintenance to do anything. Have a ant, as well as cockroach infestation. I’ve had water leaks above my apartment never repaired closed the maintainer ticket when I went to see about what was going on they tell me they are working on it, but never do anything. Garbage is always piled up in the back dumpster. They charge fees for courtesy garbage pick up that is non-negotiable but yet they never pick it up. It said there for days. I have had cockroaches, ants all kinds of vector problems had to spray on my own. can’t get maintenance to do anything wouldn’t recommend this place!"
