"Please don’t waste your time here, there are better places to rent in the area. The photos posted of the property and the units are beyond misleading. Do not trust them! If you are looking for amenities, this is not the place for you. The pools are not cleaned and more often than not closed off. The hot tub has not worked/been broken the duration of my entire lease. All of the gym equipment/weights went missing and have not been replaced. I was hoping to save money here on a gym membership and I am incredibly disappointed. The management is entirely unhelpful and unresponsive, and truly never know what is going on nor do they care to find out. Overall, the units, the amenities, & every other inch of this property is unkept/dirty. The apartment gates are more often than not broken and wide open, if security is a concern of yours. Please go someplace else and trust the negative reviews left behind. ***also when I moved in, my dishwasher was full of stagnant brown water and broken. I immediately reached out to maintenance and management. It took over a month for the issue to be fixed despite the horrible smell. When maintenance came to look at it, he said he didn’t have the part to fix it and that management wouldn’t let him get a new one. I had to hound them to keep trying to look at it or do anything they could , even if it was just clean it out and leave it broken for a bit. No one seemed to care or had any sense of urgency. It was upsetting they didn’t put me in a move in ready unit. Since then I’ve had a broken fridge that was warm for a week, broken AC unit that leaks consistently, and a shower dial that does not work (maintenance says there is none in stock)."

"I had the most pleasant experience with the Franklin Apartment leasing staff! As soon as I walked in I was greeted at the door with friendly greetings from all the ladies in the office. Kaitlyn, the leasing agent, was wonderful, she was able to walk me through in detail what Franklin has to offer. Kaitlyn then took me on a tour of the units and they were freshly renovated and beautiful. Sineath, the assistant manager also told me about the events that the Franklin host to their residents around the complex. Lovely apartments with amazing customer service from the staff in the office."

"The complex itself is super pretty and everything is up to date. Kaitlyn was super friendly and helpful with any questions I had about the complex. They just finish renovating the clubhouse and it looks beautiful! Would highly recommend the Franklin to anyone!"

"The Managment here has been completely unprofessional. The manager yitzhel and the assistant manger sineath should not be in office at all. Every time I emailed Managmen I never get a response back after a week. In order for me to get a response to an email I have to call them and ask if they will reply to it. I shouldn’t have to do that especially after a week of waiting. Very unprofessional! The office hours are from 9am-6pm. Which they never are in office for. They come in at 10am and leave at 5pm. They never pick up the phone. I call multiple times a day, leaving voicemails that they never get back to. In order to even get something done in a timely manner you will have to go in each time and sit at the office with them just to do it, or if you leave they won’t get it done at all. The general manager Jared garner is also unprofessional I asked for a card which he should have on hand at all times especially when you are in office didn’t want to give me one at all. I said then please write it down. He proceeded to get a sharpie which is very unprofessional. He acts like it was professional. The only time they are actually in office during the hours posted is when Jared comes in office that day. But even that they don’t do anything but sit on there phones all day and do nothing. Maintenance is horrible. They don’t contact you when they have received your request, they don’t notify you when they are coming into your home. They don’t even wait to let you answer the door it’s one quick knock then immediately put there key in to go into your home. The pool is always closed or dirty. The pool is always unlocked even after posted hours or locked during posted hours. You will get charged for pest control but there is never any pest control workers here. Residents are getting ants in there homes because of it. I know one resident whos getting ants into her home and talked to Managemnet multiple times already and still hasn’t been able to get a pest control person out here to get ants out of her home. The pictures you see of the place is all edited. When you first move in you will see mold everywhere not even trying to hide it or clean it. They send out 1-2 emails about smoking in the community which they end with if you see this contact the Managment. So people contact management a couple times a month about it with apartment number doing it and yet to get anything done about it. Above me my neighbors are grilling outside on there patios and management won’t do anything about it. I had a resident notify me about it and got worried so she contacted emergency maintenance and still hasn’t heard back about it from maintenance or management. I would say if you want to live in a place where you smell nothing with dog poop and marijuana, this is a place!!! Came on 10/21/23 to give them my cancel fee cashiers check. I talked to Yitzhel on 10/20/23 to confirm someone will be in office to take the cashiers check she said herself. Well it’s now 1046am and the office is still closed. Yitzhel finally game at 10:55am."

"Move in experience was bitter sweet. Wasn’t cleaned at all and very disgusting on my move in date. After getting it cleaned again it was much better but still not fully clean. Been living in the complex almost 3 weeks now and I’m enjoying everything so far. Need some maintenance requests solved still and having ants coming in through the back door but other than that we love this place."
