"My family just moved in recently and love it already. Maintenance is fast on take of any issues! The community is constantly having events or things to do in the club house. Just did a Paint and Sip, SO MUST FUN!"

"The apartments Definitely care about being friendly but on every other aspect, it’s not great they didn’t have any bugs, but it was one of the loudest places I’ve ever stayed. My upstairs neighbor was constantly blasting music all night long till 2 AM or later someone was always smoking outside, which is against the guidelines, I had to call courtesy patrol multiple times a week because of how loud my neighbors were when I moved in I wasn’t given a gate code. The gates didn’t close for the first two months I lived there and then we’re closed all the time and then went back to not being Closed. Never got an email about what was going on with the gates. They were always being worked on but I never even got an email about what was happening. My entire deposit was taken plus an additional $120 I was charged $125 for one the only part of my wall that was damaged in anyway was where I mounted my TV which was very very minimal damage and the maintenance crew told me to fix it that they would do it for free, and not to worry about it. there are also multiple stray cats that run around the entire apartments. and the parking situation is literally the worst one of the spots directly in front of my apartment had a broken down car parked in it the entire time I was living there. I complained to the front office and they said as long as they moved it once a month it could continue to stay in that parking spot. overall hated living there hated leaving. The only thing I liked about being there was the office was very friendly, but they didn’t follow through with any of their promises and they were no bugs which should just be expected."

"The staff maintain an image of good customer service, but do very little to deliver on what they promise. For example, neighboring apartments in our unit were smoking on the apartment premises, and the lease states a strict policy of no smoking. The smell of smoke was filling my apartment daily, so I raised my concern with the staff. They claimed that they would post letters on every door and send emails regarding the smoke-free policy. This was not done, nor any further action to solve the issue, and I had to take matters into my own hands to request all neighboring apartments not smoke due to Visions inaction. This is one of many examples of Vision’s hypocrisy regarding upholding their standards when it concerns residents’ needs. The issue of the security deposit that Jeremy mentioned below I also resonate with. Visions responded to him “At the time a notice to vacate is given, we provide move out guidelines which will detail how to get the most of your security deposit”, which I did and was still charged incorrectly. My unit was the original paint color with no major drywall damage. Per Visions direction, the walls were cleaned, all nail holes were filled, sanded, and repainted with the paint Visions supplied, and went as far as to fix paint errors that existed at the time of my move in. I was still charged $125 for paint touch up, despite a Visions representative stating this would be unnecessary if it were already done by the resident. The Visions staff does a wonderful job trying to create a fun environment for residents, holding community events and providing food. However, providing residents with a good experience, like responding to resident’s concerns, is more critical than bread and circuses."

"Great complex! The staff really go the extra mile to make it a community. The convenience of the location, plus the feeling of being secure, makes this the best apartment I have ever lived. Denise is a great manager that works closely with the residence to ensure any issues or concerns are addressed properly."
