"We went to Dignity Health urgent care in Ahwatukee. Dr White was awesome and the nurses Roy and Kenny were just as amazing. It’s never a pleasant experience if you need to go to Urgent Care but this Dr and team of nurses and Maritza the Radio Tech really made it as best an experience as it could have been. Great staff !!"

"Although I have had great experiences at this ER previously, last Friday evening I was not treated kindly by the doctor. After he left the room after seeing me initially, I broke down crying from frustration and the pain I was experiencing. I kept looking at the sign on the wall with the dignity motto of “Hello Humankindness” and thinking not for this guy. I understand that some ER doctors can become callous to illnesses or issues that they perceive aren’t an emergency, but I have never Been treated that poorly."

"I've been to this facility three or four times in the last couple of years and each time I have been treated very well. Their staff is very experienced, and they are friendly and pleasant to work with. Yesterday, I went to the Dignity Health ER with a nasty case of bronchitis and even though there were quite a few people ahead of me, I only had to wait for about 15 or 20 minutes. These guys don't fool around: Sam took me back to the exam room and did all my vitals, and it was maybe five more minutes and the physician came in and examined me. I really appreciated that Dr. Wolff spent so much time with me and really listened to my description of the symptoms that I was having. After that, they sent all of my prescriptions out to the pharmacy and I was out of there. It was a very good, productive visit and I'm actually starting to feel a little bit better today. I would recommend this outfit to anyone, without reservation."

"I brought my wife in recently who was really in pain from diverticulitis. The level of care and concern we received was really outstanding. Fast and friendly check in process and the care she received from Dr's Munion and White along with nurses Kenny and Shawn was truly outstanding. They answered all questions and never seemed to be rushed or bothered. They're truly concerned for their patients getting well. Another amazing thing about this facility is how expedient they are in running all necessary tests, delivering the results and creating an action plan for the patient to follow. It was amazing how quickly they are able to get you in and out and still deliver outstanding care. This is the place to go."
