"My case has recently closed and I honestly wasn’t impressed nor satisfied with Big Chad Laws’ service. I first started my case with my accident on 12/30/22 with Spenser Call and Jasmine Valladarez. If you want a lawyer that doesn’t check up on you or leaves your case for end of day this is where to go. I felt like I was alone in advocating for myself. They had set me up to do PT at Arizona Pain Relief for 3 months once that was over they kept adding on more and more appointments racking up my medical bills, even though my pain wasn’t changing as I told both the doctors and Spenser. I feel like I was sent to a money scheme type doctor. I lost my job because of this accident, it’s caused me a lot of stress in my life as I can no longer do a lot of things I used to do and still cannot work a regular 9-5 or hardly at all. I asked my lawyer Spenser on multiple occasions what am I supposed to do I can’t work and I have bills and rent to pay and I need to eat as well and he straight up told me he doesn’t know. He didn’t even want to give me any guidance like telling me maybe try getting on some type of government assistance but no, he just said he doesn’t know what to tell me. It was a hassle to get a hold of them. I started texting Jasmine that way I could at least get a response but most times they sounded annoyed. At one point they were even saying I might not get compensated because my med bills were so high. It wasn’t until I really started to fight for myself and put my foot down to get them to take my case seriously within the last 3 months. I even asked for another doctor but they took weeks to get me one. I got so frustrated that I said close my case and just give me my money I will find my own doctors.I am only 24 and believe I shouldn’t be living in pain 24/7. I am scared I will have to deal with my back pain for the rest of my life. Yes I got some compensation but nothing near what I deserved. These lawyers sent me to doctors that did not care about what was wrong with me all about $$ it seems. Yes I deserved my compensation but I also deserve to live pain free like I was before this whole thing. Find a lawyer who cares for your life and wellbeing because my life is completely ruined by this accident."

"I have been working with Big Chad Law on a case that was very difficult. I think once we really started to work on the negotiations with Jessica and Kurt they were very responsive and as helpful as they could be. I say this because sometimes there were long waiting periods between something being sent out and an answer coming back. As Jessica mentioned to me at one point when I asked her, Covid had a big impact on the speed of everything as did our treatment. So it took over 2.5yrs to close our case. It’s so hard to say how this would have gone in a world that wasn’t hugely affected by a tragic global event so I am giving four stars because I do think they are a good firm.
