"This hotel was an amazing decision for our trip. The staff was so kind and was always looking to accommodate us. The rooms were spacious and had everything we needed. There was a vast amount of options for activities to choose from and the pool and hot tubs were great. The location of this resort was also great for everything we wanted to do on this trip. Highly recommend!!!"

"A great stay! We stayed in the two bedroom villa with 5 adults. There was so much space and we never felt cramped! We were in a room directly next to the main road and never had an issue with noise. The room was slightly “dated” but nothing horrible. Washer and dryer right in the room was an added bonus, especially after dusty ATV rides and sweaty hikes! Staff was very friendly for the most part- just don’t try to drink any beverages while in the pool or hot tub…."

"My family has had a timeshare with Westgate for years and this hotel experience was by far THE WORST we've ever had. My mom booked two rooms so we could be together as a family, we were split up for starters. The rooms were so tiny, yiu could barely turn around. To say they are outdated is an understatement! The grounds nor the rooms were really being kept up that great. There was poop from the birds that looked like it had not been power washed in who knows how long. The inside of the room gave Red Roof Inn or Motel 6 vibes! If I could give this a negative score, I would. Very unsatisfactory and that's putting it nicely! These pictures really don't do it justice as to how bad it was!"

"Described as a "resort" our "studio villa" the room we booked for 5 nights was anything but. We checked out and left the very next day. I will say that our refund for the rest of our stay was handled promptly without a battle. Whatever you do ,... DON'T book a room right along McKellips. It's apparently one of the busiest and noisiest thoroughfares in the city. The traffic noise was so bad we left the very next morning. Our room was cramped, the furniture outdated, one side of the bed didn't even have a nightstand, the TV is small, and the traffic noise all combined to make us feel like we had booked motel 6, not a resort. Maybe the back rows are nicer, so go ahead and take your chances, but don't book a street-facing "villa.""

"The best place for our family! The room was way bigger than anticipated and included a washer and dryer. The pool was a family favorite. Many grilling stations throughout the facility, along with a basketball court, ping pong, bags, and a disc golf net. There is no time to be bored here!"
