"Pros: The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. Cons: not worth the money. Our bed had blood on the bed frame, stains on the sheets, the shower barely ran, stains all over the carpet and throughout hotel, the complimentary shampoo, conditioner and lotion were all half used and the tv didnt work at all. The room was super noisy because of the street noise. I called multiple times to talk to the manager and they always send me to her voicemail and she won't call me back. They also say the offer a shuttle to the airport, which they don't anymore."

"When we entered the room and found the floors not vacuumed, the bed had only a blanket, no comforter, no clock and the doors security lock destroyed. The bathroom needed cleaning, fortunately a housekeeper was on duty and cleaned it for us before she went home, we tipped her for her help of course. The young lady at the front desk was extremely busy and working alone but quite attentive and friendly. We were extremely disappointed with this hotel, but surprised to hear other people checking out who were very pleased with their experience. The manager was kind and understanding regarding our experience, apparently this is a problem with one of their staff’s performance and she assured us it would be addressed. She also adjusted our rate to reflect the experience. Apparently the hotel will be updated over the next several months. If the updating occurs as discussed and the hotel receives the necessary maintenance, perhaps it will be a far better experience. The rooms are spacious and have a lot of potential."

"I’ll start out with saying the service from the front desk was phenomenal. I didn’t catch the lady’s name but she was kind and attentive and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel is nearby several restaurants and started making it super convenient for getting food and such. My biggest gripe was the room, it had several issues. Firstly, the bathtub faucet couldn’t turn on very well and in doing so, the shower wouldn’t really work. We’d get a trickle out of it so showers were almost off the table. We made it work but it wasn’t fun. Second, the door lock to our room was jammed so the door wouldn’t properly lock. I would have got this fixed if the security swivel towards the top didn’t work, so I felt safe enough. Lastly the room was a bit dated, small TV and the bathroom came from the early 2000s. I normally wouldn’t care much but for about $250 a night I expected a little more. All in all, it wasn’t a bad hotel by far but could use some work. I’m sure any of the issues would have been worked by the staff if I told them but I’m an easy flow kind of guy so I just roll with it unless something really needs attention. Pros: -Friendly and attentive staff -spacious rooms -good location/central to many businesses -air condition kept the room nice and cool Cons: -Cleanliness could be improved -Room/TV/bathroom was dated -Bathtub faucet/shower barely worked -Door lock was jammed/unusable -a bit pricey for the issues we had"

"Excellent location - very close to the airport. However the doors slam loudly by themselves. You can hear the conversation in the next room. I specifically asked when I made the reservation if there were eggs on the breakfast buffet and was assured there was but then discovered that is only on the weekend. The only items for breakfast are cereal, waffles, muffins etc during the week. No protein of any type. There are no choices for anyone with gluten sensitivity. No coffee available after 9 am. The reason I had specifically asked is because I had dropped my car off the night before and nothing was within walking distance so nothing available for breakfast."
