"Tressa Davis should have her license revoked for fabricated medical records. She is unprofessional, overly emotional, and lacks the ability to be objective. Her bartender husband at San Tan Brewery can back this up."
"Imagine this...you have just experienced a mental health crisis in which you are taken to the loud and chaotic ER and placed in a room with several nurses and doctors coming in and out. You are hooked up to loud machines, you are being stuck with IV's and being given several medications. Your loved ones are not to the ER yet and you are alone, scared, confused, and over medicated. Without your consent her to enter, a CPR "professional" (I use this term loosely) pulls the curtain back from your ER bed space without doing the respectful thing of asking to enter and quickly introduces herself and starts rapidly asking you intensely personal and complex questions without checking to see if you are lucid, able to consent, or if your MH Power of Attorney is present. She doesn't inform you of why she is in your room. She doesn't even leave you with her card or her contact information. She rushes out of the ER and the next thing you know, a social worker will parrot back whatever this "professional" has written down and use it to determine your next steps in treatment. This CPR "professional" is likely a counselor who went to an online or unaccredited diploma mill because God-forbid they spend money on actual clinical psychologists and psychiatrists, this person will have little to no clinical experience and clearly lacks the ability to understand how to evaluate for capacity, they lack human decency, and further, they lack empathy and compassion when working with someone who is clearly going through a mental health crisis. I wouldn't trust ANYONE from this company to care for or assess a vulnerable individual struggling with their mental health or someone in crisis. They are a for-profit, uneducated, disrespectful group of awful clinicians and I hope one day they experience a crisis and have to be on the receiving end of such services, so they can understand the harm they do to the public. BEWARE of these people."
"I have been with CPR for many years. Natalie Corsbie has been my lifeline. I have been on many antidepressants in my life and now she has found the one that has helped me the best. She is been personable and knows how to talk with me about any of my issues. It is hard to change but I only wish her the very best as she moves forward, as I do the same. God bless you, Natalie."
"I've never had a single problem with CPR. Front desk has always been kind to me and I appreciate all of their help that they give to me each time. Adam Carter my provider literally has saved my life. This man understands me like nobody has in my whole life. He works with me and has my back every single month. Without him I would be a mess. He helps me to adjust medication when needed. I can't say enough about Adam Carter & cpr they're the best."
"I love my doc - very personable, but the office staff has got to get it together. I only needed my nausea and other medicine refilled because of a bout I had.. Called pharmacy to get refill, called theie office waiting on refill approval and left at least 7 messages between sat- Tuesday. Finally somebody called me back on Tuesday only to leave the office phone number that no one answers. They'll answer generically and transfer you just to leave another voicemail."
