"I loved my massage by Tasha. The pressure was perfect and I felt so relax. I appreciated the fact that there was no small talk and I was able to just enjoy my massage. My facial with Breana was great too. She was very knowledgeable about the products and recommended a good spf. The staff at this location was super friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back."

"This place is ridiculous. Don’t go to this location! They are not flexible and do not take care of their customers like other locations. I was not aware each location is it’s own franchise and their policies are different from location to location. If you have another option, I highly suggest going to another massage envy or rethink the membership option. I have been cancelled on multiple times for massage appointments day of and can never find an appointment after work which is very frustrating when you do find an open appointment and continuously get cancelled on. They don’t care, they just want your money. I called to have a conversation with someone and they said they would call back the following day, they had the other location I go to call me to tell me they would cancel me but can’t because the Tempe marketplace location wouldn’t allow it. I would of appreciated a call back from that locations manager to at least have that conversation. I’ll be taking legal action. If I could give zero stars.. I would."
