"I had an appt for Laser Treatment for my face. I was at first a little skeptical being a guy doing this but right away I felt comfortable. This is how it went, and it was actually a great experience. I arrived early and was instantly taken back to the room by the front desk person to get numbing cream. It felt like more of a facial for me the way she took her time so thank you for that! After numbing my face, I was greeted by Summer who was the laser technician I guess you would call it. She made sure my face felt numb and we got started. She was fabulous and what I like most is how she really gave me the play by play of what was about to happen and what to expect. She asked about my day and holiday like we had known each other for years which I actually really liked. She really made me feel comfortable so instantly I was ready. During the process you honestly don't really feel much! It's a pretty painless procedure. It does have some light burning sensitivity once you are back at home, but it doesn't last that long. It was like a bad sunburn for the first 2.5 to 3 days then it peels by itself, and it happens over the course of about 24 hours. I did use Aquaphor through the days. I personally don't even think anyone should have downtime from work. You would just have a little ready glossy face is all. It's really not needed. No one should feel shy about it. Follow the steps and you are good to go. Anyways in all. It was a great experience and looking forward to the great results. Thank you, Summer, for everything! You were the best! If I ever did it again, I would definitely go straight back to you! Great staff! Thanks again!"

"I cannot recommend laser hair removal here enough!! I have only had 3 appts and have notices a HUGE change in my hair growth. I had laser hair removal before at laser away (they said i would only need one package which consisted of 8 visits, i then had to buy a second package of another 8 and I still had a lot of hair growth after the 16 visits) I then found Neos and cannot believe the difference in these visits. Sharlene is awesome! She makes me feel comfortable in my appts. and she is extremely knowledgable. HIGHLY recommend!"
