"We obtained our commercial work comp ins through Inszone in 2020 and have reluctantly renewed every year since. It has been a challenge working with Inszone, to put it mildly. We request Certificate of Insurance with endorsements for the commercial projects we are contracted with and something that takes a day or two for our other insurance agents, with Inszone it takes weeks to obtain the documents we request. Our office sends everything that is required, and the certs always come back incorrect and have to be resubmitted. It’s incredibly frustrating! Our policy will be up for renewal in August of 2023, we will not be renewing with Inszone."
