"They're very nice no problem with customer service but when I called to ask how long it would take for them to do an extraction they told me I would be out of there by 9:10am or 9:20am the latest. Then when I get there and get seen they tell me I probably wouldn't be done till around 9:50am. I have to be at work at 10am, i wouldnt have wasted my time to go there and they didn't have time to do the extraction. So I wasted my time and $90 just for them to tell me what I already know."
"I made a last minute appointment and was able to get in the same day for an extraction due to an infected wisdom tooth. I was terrified but Dr. Devgun and the dentist assistant were so sweet about it and didn’t make me feel embarrassed. The extraction was so fast and painless I didn’t believe it happened until I saw the tooth! Best dental experience I’ve had by far!"
"Do not go here! They never told me they were out of network, acted like they were. Told me to take out a loan because they couldn’t verify my benefits. Which seemed strange. They told me they would reimburse me when they got paid from my insurance. After they received payment they then said my insurance was out of network and I really owed more then they originally quoted me but they would do me a favor and write that amount off. Definitely reported them to the proper channels to be investigated. This place is shady! Stay away!!!!!"
"I was in need of a cleaning after moving back to AZ. I was able to get an opponent the same day day which was great! MaryJane the receptionist was very nice and informative on the potential cost of different services and made me feel comfortable scheduling an appointment. Once I arrived everyone was nice and welcoming! Angelina took great care of me! Considering my how anxious i am going to the dentist. The Doctor was great and answered all my questions well. Angelina the Hygienist that did my cleaning was very receptive to me needs to make the cleaning as great, efficient, and painless as possible! I am very happy with my first visit and already scheduled my next appointment. As much as I hate going to the dentist the team there made it as good as possible. Thanks Again!"
