"Wasted about an hour of my time when I had newborn twins and needed a pediatrician to help with a wellness check after being discharged from the hospital. The receptionist just delivered the message, so this review is not about their customer service. I successfully scheduled an appointment but then the pediatrician canceled because, even though our twins were born in Phoenix, we live out of state and are just here temporarily. The receptionist was clearly forced by the pediatrician to leave me a message explaining it's because they want "consistent" patients. Good luck with that when your word means nothing and your business suffers as a result."
"If you enjoy waiting on hold for over 15 minutes, this is the place for you. If you enjoy repeatedly hearing an outgoing message about how important your call is and how important customer service is to them while never getting your call answered and actually never receiving any customer service, give them a call. I'm guessing that typically parents are calling to schedule an appointment for a concern they have about their child. To me that's extremely important and warrants picking up the phone and answering the call. It's really the very first step of customer service. What comes after that? I don't know, I can't get anyone to answer my call to make an appointment."
