"The worst service EVER, if I could give zero stars I would. They scheduled to repair my floor & asked that I moved all the furniture out of the way. After doing so they called me after the service window started & told me the material never made it to the warehouse. Then it took them over a month to reschedule & only did so after I reached out. They came to repair the floor & after pulling up planks in the middle of my kitchen, they discovered the new material was no good. So they taped up the floor & left (with lovely bright red tape too!). To top it off, both times I had to move my furniture out of the way & then back into place. Fast forward a month later, still nothing from them & clearly the tape is coming up & now I have a death trap in my kitchen. I finally get someone on the phone who told me the person I had been working with was "let go 3 weeks ago" like that was an acceptable answer. Clearly she was not the problem, their overall service is lacking."

"Absolutely horrible service. We rent a home and who we rent through used this company for new carpet upstairs and down. This company failed to show up for the original measurement appointment with a no call no show. After they showed up and measured we set an appointment for upstairs to be done the weekend after next on Saturday. They did another no call no show for this day. After speaking to the company they made an appointment for the following Saturday and were five hours late to the appointment. They only sent one installer for a 4K sq ft home. He only completed the loft on day one when it was agreed upon the whole upstairs would be done on this Saturday. This guy says he will return at 6 am tommorow. Ok fine..doesn’t show up til 1130 and no one ever contacts us about it so we didn’t know if he would even show. He brings with him one extra guy and they work pretty hard to finish the upstairs, I’ll give them that. However they chose to leave at around 7p and left one room upstairs completely ripped up and the stairs are completely bare now. Nails exposed in both areas. He promises to return the next day(Monday) but of course never does. Now we have all these exposed nails and floor and they haven’t came back in about a week. All their garbage from eating is in the driveway and all the ripped up carpet is in the front yard. This is the worst company I’ve ever dealt with! Our rental company contacted them and they claim we said we have covid and don’t come back which we never ever said to that man. So now we are being routed to another company because RM is cancelling the contract. This Is our house currently… I don’t recommend them to anyone and our house is currently destroyed"
