"My hubby and I saw and advertisement about Sweet Repeats Consignment Shop in the Phoenix Times Newspaper. Being lovers of upcycled/recycled clothing we wanted to check it out. My husband went on his own today 09/09/2023. He walked in and the person who was behind the counter looked at him liked he had six heads. He is always cordial and greets folks when he goes into any setting. He said, hello, how are you doing? Her response was simply "are you looking for Men's stuff". He said, no, I'm just browsing. No other words or acknowledgement of his being a customer in the store left a very bad taste in his mouth. There was nothing sweet about his visit. And thanks to her poor customer service and unwelcoming atmosphere, we will not be making any repeat visits. I Do Not Recommend. Learn how to greet your customers. It's not hard to say hello."
