"E.T.A. was 11a.m.-1 p.m......its almost 4:30p.m. and i still haven't received anything. Every time i call i get told 15 more minutes or 30 more minutes... unfortunately that time overlaps as well. I should not have to call rent-a-center for an updated E.T.A.....they should inform the customer of any changes immediately. When i talked to the manager.....the tone in his voice foreshadows an i dont care attitude. Which is a reflection of the company in itself. Good buisness starts with communication."

"Have been using Rent A Center for some time have had multiple accounts with different locations and have never had an issue. (Sometimes I'm late on a payment but always make my payments) I've never had an issue with Rent A Center when I'm late they are usually very accommodating but at this location there is a particular employee who does not seem to match the same level of professionalism I'm used to with RAC Mike is not a good employee for the company. A day late and ths man will start calling your family and leaving NASTY threatening message with them. Upon speaking with Mike over the phone in regards to this Mike was rude and proceeded to badger me about being late on a payment. Life happens and sometimes things don't go to plan but what separates a good person from Mike is compassion and understanding. Would recommend Rent a Center as a company but avoid this location as Mike is not someone you want to do business with"
