"If I could give it negative stars I would. Front desk is a joke! LADY WOULD rather take personal phone calls and sit behind her plexiglass then Be a receptionist and be helpful And answer the phone. I called multiple times on different days and get their voicemail on business hours. IT Tells you to leave a message but really no one calls you back. And there is no way to get in touch with a supervisor or owner if you have a real problem. But they are quick to take your money."

"This place is shady, they told me I was covered by my insurance and take my co-pay automatically, then sent me a bill and said the provider isn't contracted with my insurance. So now they expect me to pay for the visits. I specifically asked and was confirmed that they accepted my insurance. I would have never went there if I knew I was not covered. I asked them several times before I even made an appointment. Following up : The manager of this place called me and apologized for the confusion, she explained that they were in the process of getting the person I saw accepted by my insurance and made my appointment prior to having them cleared by my insurance. They are not billing me due to the confusion and are still working with my insurance to get things covered. Thank you for making things right."
"This place has been so helpful. My counselor Johnna is amazing and I am starting to feel better. I am feeling hope again for the first time in a long time. I appreciate that they set their whole business model around providing therapy services at a realistic cost. Carol in the front office is a ray of sunshine. Any time I have had a concern with billing it has been resolved quickly."
