"UPDATE AS OF 03/01/2024 The review below isn't reflective of the owner's recent efforts to remedy the grievances. Dee reached out to me the same day and initiated the refund process, and within two weeks, the refund went through. I'm really grateful for the quick response and sincere care Dee showed to make things right. I'll leave the below review up, but just know that it's a former error, one they fixed very quickly. I also changed my star rating from 1 to 4. Thanks again, Dee. I'm glad to be able to say that UFC Gym made things right. ___________________________________________ A great facility that's unfortunately poorly run by shady, incompetent, and untrustworthy management. I'll keep this short and not waste your time since they've already wasted so much of mine. Do you like telling your gym you want to cancel, only for them to say they can freeze it instead and halt further payments, then for them to keep charging, then fight you on the chargeback? Because that's what you can expect from this gym. I really liked the facility, so it's disappointing that it was soured by something entirely preventable had they shown any integrity or diligence in keeping their word. Instead, they charged me after I told them to freeze it, then went through the work of keeping the money instead of just reversing the charge like what was agreed upon. Of course, this was in person, not in writing, so shame on me for expecting better of people and not looking at me as a dollar sign instead of a person. If this sounds like a fun experience, then by all means, sign up. Any deal you get will also be recouped by them later with their "enhancement fee", so bear that in mind, too. If they reverse the charge, then I'll edit this review to reflect that. But just know that their word isn't their bond."

"I can only praise this gym in the highest tones. I was a visitor from Germany in the area and a nice call was enough and I was invited to look at everything. Everything was shown to me personally and a great sparring with one of the trainers (Zen) was also there. Friendly, professional and worth a recommendation. Best regards from Germany"

"My family and I enjoyed working out here. The staff is friendly and professional. The members make you feel at home and best of all, tour whole family can train here. There is something for everyone, from personal training for the more goal oriented individuals to cardio classes that will kick tour butt. Exercise equipment is cleaned and sanitized multiple times a day. Overall a safe and pleasant experience in every aspect. Thank you UFC GYM Ahwatukee"
