"I got here at 6:58 and she won’t let me in to do a loan. every time I’ve come in here. This is about the third time and this lady has been very short and very condescending and rude to me. I am not gonna come to this location anymore due to the fact that I feel like I’m getting talked down to and the services That are stated are available to me are not being given to me. I am being told the wrong charges when I’m asked how much it’s gonna cost to cash a check and deposit money and then when I ask for an explanation on why the amount is different than what she stated previously I get talk to you like I am stupid, and didn’t listen to her properly and I know for a fact that I know exactly what I was told. In addition I got here before the store had closed and she is refusing service and I have given this place numerous times to redeem themselves, but she has yet to be understanding or even talk to me like a person I will not be going to this location from here on out and I’m very disappointed in the customer service, if you wanna call it that, that I just received. I will be going to a different company to get a loan where I am talk to like a human being and that also keep their store open to the time that is listed on their website when you say you close at seven your door should be open until seven when I have been in the parking lot getting my bags to make sure I have all the documentation necessary all the way up to 658 and I walk up to the door and you all of a sudden lock it and turn off the lights that is not open till seven that is open till 658. I am very upset I am pregnant I have children at home and it was a feet to be able to get out of the house and get here on time. I understand it’s only two minutes ago but at least it was before closing time, she could’ve at least open the door and explained to me that she couldn’t help me tonight and that I would need to come back or here is an email address where I could send my information and documentation so that they can get everything started and we can talk first thing in the morning instead of just looking at me and putting up her hands acting like it’s my fault that she closed two minutes early. I will be going to cash1 or cash time not ace for any of my loans now."
