"Poorly organized store. Went in looking for a micro sd card and they had them in a few spots. After going to the register I asked the two employees standing there if they had a designated spot for micro sd cards with a larger selection. The first employee had no clue and the second said that they would be where I found the one I brought to the register. Considering Staples is a store with more years behind it than ahead you would think the customer service was superior and that the employees would have the basic knowledge of where the items they are trying to sell are located. I’ll stick to Amazon, target and any other store."
"Terrible experience with assistance manager Nichole. We wanted to purchase a office chair but they did not have the one we wanted in stock. When asked if we could purchase the floor model at a discounted amount, she rudely said “I’m not going to do that”because kids jump on it and she does not want to sell so that she has a floor model for people to see. This was after interjecting herself into a joking conversation I was having with one of her employees about trying to get a 25% discount off a printer as an “office furniture piece” threatening to fire him when I was referencing a comedy movie. Dear, you were not a part of the conversation and pretty sure your veiled threat would warrant a reprimand from your corporate HR department. Might want to check yourself!! She was very unprofessional and needs to do better in providing better customer service. We will spend our money elsewhere."
