"I went in there for a specific product that was on their website and couldn't find it so I asked a lady, her name started with an L, (so I don't cause too much ruckus) She seemed completely put off that I asked her anything, she referred me to a completely wrong area the first time. The second time after I pulled it up on my app she just briefly pointed me in the right direction that I told her I had already looked. The third time I just gave her my cart and said I'll go someplace else. How hard would it have been to say a let me look it up real quick or be I'm too busy could another associate help you? Yes we're all in a hurry these days but a couple shots at general courtesy help. I felt like I was in Walmart annoying the shopping associates that were standing in front of the products I'm reaching for."
