We found that they could provide the size, functionality, quality and true craftsmanship that we wanted. The customer service was very quick and efficient to help us make the selection for getting the right furniture design we wanted. Any questions we had, they helped to provide an answer. Even the way they packaged the furniture was truly amazing and protected it from damage during shipping. They were both pre-assembled and ready to go. "Custom furniture/fabrics/service from Natalie Rowe for generic prices. You can't beat it and you will love it. My home looks straight out of Coastal Living. I picked the sofa, ottoman, chairs, love seat, the fabric, even the feet on each and now have a one of a kind living room. THIS IS THE PLACE to actually do your thing without paying killer prices. "Customer service is very lacking. I was "educated/ scolded" about how to and how not to open their Murphy bed, because someone else broke one once. If they don't want someone to look at their furniture, they shouldn't have it on display. We left immediately after that and didn't look at anything on the way out. Customer lost. Treat your customers with some respect. Lol, I just read the 1 star review below mine... that said "the rude lady with the east coast accent..." yep, that's her!"
